The meeting was called to order, Bob Wilson, at 7:06 p.m.The meeting was held at the Tyee Yacht Club.
The schedule was changed to allow for a presentation by Glenn Dolphin who is now heading up the State of Oregon Aquatic Invasive Species Program. He gave an excellent program regarding what specific aquatic species we shou;d be concerned about and what the members of our community can do to prevent the spread of invasive species. It was a very interesting program and I am sure that he would be happy to discuss giving the presentation to any group who care about the future of our valuable waterways. Do not hesitate to give him a call at the State of Oregon Marine Board.
MINUTES:
It was moved and seconded that the Minutes of the Meeting of June 2010 be accepted as presented. Motion carried.
All other business was deferred to the next meeting due to the length of the presentation.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:50 pm. The next meeting will be on Tuesday, August 10, 2010, at 7:00 pm at Tyee Yacht Club.
